Halo all, well have to say that #earlymorning trip to the #gym was amazing. Had a great start to the week with #chestday and #tricepsday and was so full of energy before and and after. Halo all, well sadly the #benchpress goal for the night was not concurred. But, I’d rather know that I can’t do it because of recovery rather than just unable. Halo all, well tonight was an #awesome #workout. I felt great by the end of it. Now I know you’ll see a leg exercise in this #chestday/#tricepsday set. That’s okay, I saw it being done at a high weight by another member and…well not going to lie my ego got to me. The assisted #squats…meh could’ve been better. The #calfriees were pretty good and the weight was epic. As for my actual #roytine tonight, we’ll I made it through only one set sadly of dips. My shoulder/deltoid area said no to more lol. Halo all, well I made it, I was able to get through another #cardioday. Now even though I love the gym…I have suck a hard time getting through cardio. Really I can’t stand it some days. Halo all, well I felt amazing after my #workout. For a few reasons, met it with a recharged fire inside me tonight, always feel good on #chestday and #tricepsday, and there was a slight #mishap with the rope pull as you can see in the pics. It broke mid-pull and interrupted my set. Now admitting a little bit of an #ego moment where I felt like I had #superstrength lol. But quickly came back to reality. Happy to have made it to the gym, now time to relax before tomorrow. Wether permitting hoping to to a walk, or maybe I’ll go to #gym to make up for Monday. Halo all, well that was my second #cardioday routine done and have to say felt a little better. The #battlerope were a lot easier to get through this time. Using a little trick (and not going to lie going a little #nerd lol) picturing the blades of chaos from #godofwar made it easier to get through seven sets. Halo all, well that’s another #workout done. I learned two things about tonight‘s workout. The first being that I’m now 4lbs away from being 50lbs down. The second being that when I did the #gym check in tonight. It was the 1200th time I checked into a gym. As for the workout itself, it felt so great to use the #benchpress again I only kept weight to the 100lb mark but still made it through 7 sets. And what a burn I had by the end. Halo all, okay first thing. Yes it says 106 active minutes but it’s actually only about 90. It took a long time for my heart rate to calm down after the #wokrout. Halo all, feeling fantastic this #friyay night. Starting off my #longweekend with a #legday and #shoulderday routine. Was so happy getting back into #romaniandeadlift for my workout. Was even able to add more weight to the sets. I also took advantage of the fact my shoulder wasn’t acting up by getting more reps in with should exercises. I’m not going to lie, even though it’s an injury, I felt so weak and embarrassed as I was struggling with that 5lb weight. I know it’s something I shouldn’t, but it still made me feel like it’s something I’m being laughed at for.
