Made sure to get a lot of work in the #gym as I had a lot to do in the afternoon. Also thanks to those on here and #tiktok for the questions, I’ll be making video replies to them. As for my workout, took the chance to work longer. Since the pain in my right arm was at a minimal this morning. Got a great pump going and happy note. Up an extra minute on the #elliptical 😁.
