But, I smashed my old time on the #elliptical. I aimed for 38-39 minutes and hit 43, so all I can say damn I feel good. As for my #backday/#bicepsday I feel a little sore in the lower back, and just waiting to see how I feel in the morning. Walk or #gym either way I need something more to do tomorrow as well. Next thing for me is going out on the weekend shopping for new pants. Fingers crossed on this one ☝🏻.
