



At One Health Clubs Oakville — Halo all, well that’s day one of the #gym done this week. We started the week with #playday and it was a fun day to say the least. So made it over forty minutes on the #elliptical which was a good start. Over twenty-five minutes on the #stationarybike, was hoping my #heartrate would get a little higher on it. But, it is was still a fun time. I did some of #shoulders and #chest for today with #squats. All in all I’m feeling accomplished, pumped, and eager to see what first weekly weigh-in will be. For now it’s home to rest, and get ready for my day tomorrow.
