

At One Health Clubs Oakville — Halo all, well like I said tonight our trip to the #gym wasn’t anything specific. I just went in to work with no plan on what I was doing. Just did whatever I felt like doing. The main point of tonight was basically just #cardio and keeping me active. So that’s exactly what I was able to accomplish, made it another 32 minutes on the #elliptical, a lot of #shadowboxing and work with the #battleropes left me feeling good and drained.
