I actually decided to make an egg sandwich for today, and had been preparing it since last night! Then I woke up early in the morning and continued where I left off last night. Even making sandwiches is such a big deal 😩
Finally I tried to eat them at the beach... and the birds took them 😭🦅🥪 I was very surprised! Asshole birds 😡 I worked so hard on it!
Well, it was fun, despite all that. We ate a lot and walked a lot. I'm taking a break from dieting 🤩I'll share some pictures.

Yesterday I went to Hamamatsu early in the morning. It took about 4 hours from Tokyo by bus. Somehow John Moxley came to me in my dream on the bus. lol The match was interesting! Maybe it will be streamed soon so check it out🤣We had a fight because we didn't have enough snacks🤣. I still like hard fights, but I also like weird fights!
I was so tired today I woke up this morning and it was past noon😂 Went to the gym and went to an Okinawan restaurant with friends. Those are pretty unique dishes but always delicious 🙂 Ah! Of course I ate it being careful of the fat content! 🤣I'm still on the diet 🤣 If anyone is currently dieting, let's work together 🔥I'm trying to lose 2 kg!

I was shooting this morning. We've been doing a lot of shooting lately 👀
I received my newly ordered waffle iron yesterday. Not food waffles 🧇😅 This iron makes hair fluffy. It looks like a perm.
So I did it today and guess what? (I'll post a picture). I personally didn't like it much, so I'll probably return it 🤣
Oh, and I'll give you some more unimportant information. My next costume will be my first open stomach costume in a while, and will be new for July 20 at Korakuen! I don't have a design yet, I'll post it here when it's done 😘 looking forward to it!
So yeah, I'm trying to build up my abs even more. Yesterday I started watching my diet again (I'm a lazy eater, but somehow I'm the one with abs).

I have been back in Tokyo since yesterday.
Speaking of which, my schedule is going to be very busy.
I will leave Japan for the U.S. on August 1, play two shows, and then return to Japan. Then, after three GCW shows in Japan, I will go back to the US on the 15th. Then I will go back to the U.S. on the 15th for two more shows that weekend. Then I will stay in the U.S. for a month and return to Japan!
Oh, I'm so excited! This summer is going to be fun too!
I was sleepy all day today. Tomorrow I'm going for a massage: 🏃♂️

Summer is coming in Japan! It makes me feel nostalgic.
I went to lunch yesterday with a friend I haven't seen in 5 years. She was in the same idol group and wasn't very popular like me🤣 So at the time we were doing our best to support each other 🤣 I had a very fancy pancake! I ate one and was hungry!
After that, I made a guest appearance at a friend's bar. I met a lot of old fans. There is only one fan girl who has been supporting me from the day I debuted as an idol until today. I also met that girl for the first time in a long time! We have known each other for 14 years now. A strange relationship! I guess I dedicate half my life to idols and wrestling 🤯
I'm going out to dinner with friends again today! I will return to Tokyo after that. 🥹 I'd stay at home all the time if I could! I want to go back to my childhood! But I still hated school and I don't want to go back. 🙂↔️

Yesterday I met Miyu Yamashita after a long time for a photo shoot and we went to eat ramen after the shoot 🍜 But sorry, no pictures. lol
She was in good health and cheerful despite her jet lag. We talked a lot about our impressions of the US, our fun and frustrations, our goals for the second half of 2024, our upcoming schedule, our tag team goals, our future, etc. I can't go into details here 😂
The sun was setting when we left the restaurant. She was really into talking. We are seniors and juniors, but we are also rivals pursuing our dreams. To call this relationship just friends is thin. I think we are friends fighting for our lives. We play together twice this week. Very much looking forward to it!
Today, after going to the gym, I went out to dinner with friends. I was hungry and ate like a monster. I did not eat dessert to avoid gaining weight. Excellent!

Today was another shoot. Why do I always get spots only on the day of the shoot 😵💫 Actually, my skin condition is the worst it's been lately and I hate it 😰It's not good because if I worry about it, stress will make it rough again 😭
So I've been trying to eat a little healthier lately... only oatmeal for lunch. I try to eat whatever I want at night. I think this cuts down on oil a bit. Maybe 😂
Have you checked out DDT's match card? On June 30 at Korakuen Hall, it's Sanshiro Takagi and Miyu Yamashita vs Dino Nanshoku and Maki Itoh! This is what I've been saying lately, that I've got a fight to look forward to!
Yamashita is always fun to fight. I used to wrestle on the street with Dino. We used to stand in the ring together when I was an idol. And there was always Takagi Sanshiro on the opposite corner back then. That was when I was still in high school.
I used to skip school a lot because I hated going to school, but I got expelled 🤣 so I made my parents cry so much and the day after I got depressed, I teamed up with Dino and Makoto Oishi and went into the DDT ring and beat the shit out of Takagi 🤣 I was really crazy back then!
Yeah, I'm very grateful to Takagi Sanshiro. I'll post about it again on Twitter.

Today was a bit of an unusual shoot. It was a merchandise shoot for tjpw? It was, but it was specified to be a sexy one, not a cute one. This is rare!
So there was not much smiling in this shoot. I am used to taking sexy shots at onlyfans shoots, so it wasn't that difficult. I got compliments from the photographer 😆✨️ I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.
I had been instructed by the photographer to smile in a different shoot before! I thought "Shut up" and I didn't even smile once (yes, I'm difficult lol) But I don't like idol smiley shoots😕
And today's studio was a dark place, so I didn't have my usual girly look. Great. I wish there would be more shoots like today!

Today I went to the salon and went to Harajuku to look at clothes.
I found some nice clothes, but I didn't have the energy to carry them to the cash register, so I didn't buy them. I was already tired when I got to Harajuku🤣.
Already, there are too many people. Even though it's a weekday! Especially too many tourists! I guess this is a good thing. I hear Chinese, Korean, English, and other languages that I don't understand and I don't even know if I'm really in Japan 🤣
I love it, I want to travel too! I don't enjoy going abroad alone for work 🤣 I would love to go there privately with friends! But I can imagine booking a show after all to cut down on flight and hotel costs...
Last time I was in Japan, Singaporean wrestler Alexis was there. She said she would like to invite me and Yuki Kamifuku to Singapore, so I may go there if I get the chance! Maybe I'll stay a little longer then 🤩 The profession of a professional wrestler is sometimes dangerous but fun.🌎

Yesterday and today for some reason I couldn't sleep until morning 😩 and even then I only slept for about 2~3 hours so I was sleepy and tired all day 😰.
I have a very hard time sleeping sometimes. Why not? So I bought a lot of Yakult! Do you know what Yakult is? Something like a lactobacillus drink. I sleep well after drinking that!
Plus, another unlucky thing happened 🤣. The UberEATS I ordered from was a ghost restaurant🤣. For those who don't know, let me explain, it is a fake restaurant, there is no actual store. So poor quality, lack of sanitation...
The one I received was completely different from the picture! I knew it 😂 In the picture, the meat was big with lots of veggies, but the actual meat and veggies were small like garbage lol. I should have taken pictures and reported back. I was so hungry I ate 🤣.

I went to the hospital today for an MRI to check on my injury😫. You all think my injury is already healed, right?
I keep going to shows as if nothing has happened to me, but the truth is, I didn't know if I was healed or not🤣. Yes, that is not a good thing!
It was the end of February when I returned from injury incomplete. I was actually anxious from that point until around WrestleMania week 😂. Of course I didn't show my anxiety because I'm a professional 🤣I relied on various medical help.
I could have taken more time off, but I felt like I was going to get depressed if I took more time off😅😅that was more painful!
I really hate MRIs because they are so small. I try hard not to panic and think about things that don't matter. I was cured....I was cured! 👏👏✨ Thank goodness. Now I can fight this with peace of mind 😆
I knew I was probably on the mend since I've been feeling better lately! Just wanted to check in case!
Whoever made the MRI is amazing. The doctors are also great and knowledgeable. And Japan is wonderful, where hospital bills are not expensive. I hope you guys don't get overwhelmed like I did lol

And today I made protein pancakes for the first time! I put protein in my pancakes. But I made it the wrong way and ended up with some not-so-good pancakes. 🤣 I don't always check recipes. I make things based on intuition. So I end up creating something that doesn't taste good... But if this method works I won't have to force myself to drink protein. I'll revisit this again soon!
Oh, that's right. I went for a house preview yesterday. But I didn't find it very appealing 🙂↔️ so I'm not moving. I've been thinking about my reasons for wanting to move, and I just wanted a change of scenery. And there was a show yesterday. It will be streaming in a few days. It was fun. But lately it's been all about educating newbies all the time. I always act like a brat. I'll get to see Aja Kong at the next game, so I guess that's something to look forward to. I miss America!
Oh, by the way, I'm changing my fight style between America and Japan. Understand?
In Japan (tjpw) I am a little big. And there are only babyfaces around. So it is more unique to fight like a little heel. I use Boston Club a lot when I am in Japan. I tend to be on the small side or the same height.
In America, I am a little smaller and lighter. So I am definitely a baby face. I don't use the Boston Crab very often. Instead, I use cross body, satellite DDT, diving DDT, etc. I fight with my whole body against larger people! I cry a lot in America 🤣 because I'm in all kinds of situations where it's okay to lie and cry.
I don't have anyone telling me what to do with this distinction. I often fight with the reaction of the audience in mind, so I naturally changed like this. I think I am a dexterous wrestler because I can do both babyface and heel. lol So lately I've been thinking about the techniques I want to use in America and the techniques I want to use in Japan!

I went out to dinner with a friend yesterday and the restaurant there was one where the show suddenly started! 🤣🤣 I have a bit of a messy personality and look at entertainment a little too harshly 😂 Do you understand? For example, if it is professional, I can honestly say I enjoyed it, but when I see a performer who is excited like a student, I don't like it because I get embarrassed. It's called empathic shame.
But even though the store there is small, the performers are very professional and I enjoyed myself a lot! I didn't sleep well last night and wasn't feeling very well, but that show cheered me up 👏. I thought this is what They Made My Day is all about!

The gas stove in my house is broken 🤣 The fire has stopped working! I don't cook so it's not an emergency but I'm afraid of the repair bill! 😂 The management company of the apartment said that you don't have to pay for age-related deterioration, but you have to pay if you are at fault 🤮for example, if you didn't clean it well enough.
I didn't want to pay for it for sure, so I cleaned the gas stove thoroughly today... But it still won't catch fire so it's probably just age. Fingers crossed for that 🙏
I hate moving, but this has made me think about it a bit! I found a nice apartment. It's only about 50 steps from my current house. 🤣
I'll be in Japan for just two more months, so maybe I'll do the moving too. I thought I'd like to move, so I made an appointment to see the apartment next week! But I really don't know if I'll move. Moving is a big stress ❤️🩹 and the rent is a bit higher 😩
My last house rent was very cheap. The apartment was a wreck! It was a wooden structure, so it's fucking hot in the summer and fucking cold in the winter. And I could hear my neighbor sneezing😥
The guy who used to live next to me was a little crazy... He would play Billy Eilish’s ‘Bad Guy’ from morning until night. I still remember😓 And it doesn't stop when I report it to the management company. Worst!
And when I run into him at the wrong time, he asks me, "Would you like to come visit me in my room?". It's too scary. I'm not stupid so I didn't go there once.
I was really broke at the time so I couldn't move right away and ended up living there for about 5 months 😂 I think that was in 2019? Well, it's a cherished memory that I had a hard experience during those moneyless days.
I learned to buy peace of mind with money for the first time there. I try not to stay in places that are too cheap 😅

I think this is my longest vacation in a long time. It's been quite a while since I've been in Japan for 3.5 months! I wanted to take a little break, so I made this schedule, but I'm still bored staying in one place 🫥
This is a sign of a healthy heart. Actually, the timing of my injury (around January this year?) was a little tiresome for my mind. Not to mention my body 🤕
When I got injured, while I was sad, I was happy to have a little break. This is tired 😂 At that time, I already had a schedule in the U.S. until April, so I decided to take a rest in Japan after the tour in April. That's now 🙂↕️

Yesterday I was in Osaka for a show. I was more tired from traveling than from the game. And thanks to everyone who came to the morning streaming today!
I wanted to attend a limited time event at Baskin & Robbins today, but there was a huge line at the store, so I gave up... They give you 10 ice cream scoops in one box. It's like a treasure! I wanted to get it because it's trending on social media right now😔 Well, when the event is over, it's the same as if I bought 10 ice creams and put them on my plate!
Oh, yes… I said my credit card was abused and I found the culprit. I was the culprit lmao What a surprise, my US Amazon Prime that I subscribed to last summer was not cancelled! It was very embarrassing. I apologized to my credit card company 🤣🤣🤣 But thank goodness 😂 stupid life is fun!

Oh! Yeah. I posted on Twitter, but my credit card was abused by someone! 🤣🤣 Someone spent 2000yen (about $15) on Amazon. I didn't realize and it was not a large sum of money! Probably someone who scams a lot. They are very good at not being found out! I wonder what they bought?
But still, how and who stole my credit card number? If it was a friend or something, I would be scared! That makes it hard to trust anyone. ☹️
My credit card company is very clever and they already stopped it on May 8 when it was being misused. I didn't know. And why would the credit card company be suspicious? 😂That's too awesome. Thank goodness!!!
Whenever my monthly bill is higher than expected and I suspect someone abused my card, it's always the amount I myself spent. Life is hard🤣

I went to the gym today. It's just a normal day 😪.
Oh! I was asked the other day what perfume I use, so I'll write it down. It's called English Pear & Freesia Cologne by JO MALONE. It smells so gentle and fresh. I wear this on game days.
I went to JO MALONE to kill time at the airport and bought this one because it was the most popular one, and I am not particular about it.
Do I really smell like a strong-willed woman? Sexy smell? I would like to wear it to the game, but I don't know much about perfume. Do you know much about perfume?
I have a strong-looking appearance, so should I at least smell gentle? But I am too scared to go into stores like Chanel or Yves Saint Laurent. My knees shake when I enter. I don't know.
I bought a perfume by Dior called "Poison Girl" which sounds very strong. That was a smell that a dark heroine would wear, wasn't it? Maybe I should go back to that one?

Yesterday was the show at Korakuen. I think I haven't had a match in a while. 😂Scheduling in Japan is so easy😴. Various people have told me that the Minoru Suzuki ism has been passed down to me. I always have that fight style even before I fought Minoru Suzuki. So I think we are the same kind of people.
I won't say something like you did a good job to Haru. You have to think for yourself what you feel and how you move. I may be a bit harsh, but this is my kindness.
After the game, I went to dinner with friends and had fun. After 2 a.m., we went out for ramen 🍜. It felt so bad, but sometimes that's okay😇
