I will be in the US for a short stay with one small suitcase.

I am really worried that I might forget something😥

Haneda Airport was surprisingly uncrowded today and I was able to get through the security gate right away.

I'm eating beef curry at the airport right now.

tastes normal.

I don't want to eat in-flight meal, so my strategy is to fill my stomach here.

I think CoCo Ichi has the best curry. You should try it when you come to Japan.

I always order the Crispy Chicken Curry spicy level 1.

Even level 1 is quite spicy!

I hope the WiFi on the plane isn't broken.

United is always broken....

今回はショートステイなので小さいスーツケース1つで渡米します。

なんか忘れてないかすごく不安😥

今日の羽田空港は驚くぐらい人がいなくて、すぐにセキュリティゲートを通過することができました。

今は空港のビーフカレーを食べているところです

味は普通かな。

機内食を食べたくないのでここでお腹をいっぱいにする作戦です。

カレーはCoCo壱が1番おいしいと思う。日本に来たらみなさん絶対食べるべきです。

私はいつも辛さをレベル1にしてクリスピーチキンカレーを頼みます。

レベル1でもけっこう辛いです！！

飛行機のWiFi壊れてないといいなあ。

ユナイテッドはいつも壊れてるからなあ…😥

あっ！私のフィギュアを買ってくれた人ありがとう！多分残り90個ぐらいあるかな？

既に400個以上売り上げてるのでかなりいい数字だと思います！

My weight is 50 kg, so 80 is great.

Tomorrow I have to do some packing.

It was just a regular match, but it was fun.

Ah! Voice Actor!

I did the voice acting. This was recorded last October. I almost forgot.

Of course I'm a beginner and a first time voice actor. But I think I did well! I grew up watching cartoons 🤣

For the first time I'm glad I've been an anime nerd all this time.

It's always great to have other work that doesn’t involve  the physical strain of wrestling. I've gained new fans because of this too ✨️🎶

I am a little more careful on social networking sites since I have recently gained more non-wrestling fans.

For those who don't know wrestling. But I'm too worried about what to post to stop posting 😅

It was a show today, so I'm eating whatever I want.

I just had McDonald's and rice. It's a strange combination. America and Japan🤣

And I don't drink protein today. I drink juice!

Eating depraved food only once a week is great to keep the diet going🙆‍♀️

Thanks to all of you, I decided to do my best for my birthday event🤣

Every year when my birthday approaches, I get negativity because of the pressure 😂

I immediately contacted the designer. This is the first designer I've worked with, so I'm looking forward to seeing what the design will look like!

And in July, i will be doing Idol again!

We will be performing again on July 4 at a big venue in Fukuoka. We are going back to our old group!

Almost all of the members who graduated will be back for one day! It's very emotional, isn't it?

Practice for that show starts this week🤯

And i'm going to the US next week! Has it been announced yet? I don't know. Maybe a surprise?

If I tell you I'm going to Denver next week, you already know where I'm going to be working, right? 🤣

Anyway, went to the gym again today.

I feel like I'm getting bigger again lately, what do you think? That's what I thought at last week's show!

Good, I remember it was very hard to wrestle after covid. (I get short of breath easily).


And I am worried about my birthday event.

I am planning to hold my talk show on July 22 in Japan!

But I don't know who to invite as guests.

And most of all, I feel like no one will come to my event and I have no motivation to do anything.😅😅😅

I think only the organizer can understand this feeling 😥

COVIDかと思いました。でも多分違う。疲れてた？

良かったです。covidの後にレスリングをするのはとてもキツかった記憶があります。(すぐ息切れします)



そして私は誕生日イベントについて悩んでいる

日本で7月22日に私のトークショーを開催する予定です

しかしゲストに誰を呼ぶか

そして何よりも自分のイベントなんか誰も来ないように感じて何もやる気が起きません！

Hey, guys. How's it going?

I didn't go out yesterday, I stayed home all day and watched a movie.

It's a movie called "Baby Assassin".

It's about two girls who beat up a yakuza. Watching it reminded me of me and Yamashita!

The English version is probably only available on DVD. It was fun!

My ears hurt so much today (I got 10 piercings last week🤣) that I finally gave up.

I didn't want to lose but I gave up because if I didn't I wouldn't make it to the show 💔😭

I went to the hospital and had 6 piercings removed while screaming and crying!

It's hilarious to see a 29 year old crying while her ears are 🩸🩸

Thank God for the nurses and doctors. They pulled them out painlessly. It was still very painful though.

This is a life lesson.

I have no regrets at all about what I did because the regrets of not doing it are the worst 🤣

Human healing power is great. The hole I drilled is now closed! The pain has also improved. Thank goodness 🙏🏻✨️

Next time I get a piercing, I'll limit it to two. But that's when I retire from being a wrestler....

昨日は引きこもってずっと映画を見てた！

ベイビーわるきゅーれという映画です

女の子2人がヤ⚫️ザをやっつける話で、観ていてちょっと伊藤と山下っぽいなと思った。面白かった！

今日は耳が痛すぎて(先週ピアス10個開けた🤣)、とうとう諦めた。

負けたくなかったけど、このままだと試合欠場しそうな勢いだったから💔😭

病院行って泣き叫びながらピアス6個も外してもらいました。

29歳が耳から血を流しながら泣いてる姿はなんとも悲しい！

看護師さんとお医者さんに感謝ですね。痛みがなるべくないよう抜いてくれた。 それでも地獄のように痛かったけれど

これはライフレッスンです

でもやらなかった後悔が一番嫌だから、やったことに全く後悔はないね🤣

人間の治癒力は偉大で開けた穴はもうふさがった！ 痛みも改善した、よかった 🙏🏻✨️

今度ピアス開ける時は2個までにする。でもそれをやるのはレスラーを引退したときかな。。

Yesterday I just went to the gym in the morning and practiced kicking!

See! I'm getting better at superkicks!

I'll do it in a match at some good time.

I'm also practicing high and middle kicks, but they are not enough so I won't publish them🙅‍♀️

I'll post it when I can kick it more nicely.

By the way when I went to dinner with Minoru Suzuki recently, he asked me "Is your room clean?"

He told me that he cleans his room very well.

He said that Carl Gotch was a very clean person (even the position of the remote control has to be straight) and that he even started to work hard to clean his room to surpass him.

I was also influenced by his story, and I clean my room very well.

After all, there are only good things about cleaning my room.

My brain is clean, and I'm positive, Ideas come to mind. I learned that this is the way of life of a star.✍🧠

昨日はただ朝からジムへ行き、蹴りの練習をしていました！

みて！スーパーキックが上手になってきた！

どこかの良いタイミングで試合でやる

あとハイキックやミドルキックを練習していますが、あまり綺麗ではないので公開しません🙅‍♀️

もっと綺麗に蹴れるようになったら載せます

ところで最近鈴木みのるとディナーに行った時にお前の部屋は綺麗か？と聞いてきました

彼は部屋の掃除をすごくしているそうです

彼いわくカール・ゴッチがかなりの綺麗好きで(リモコンの位置すらまっすぐでなければならない)、彼を超えるために部屋の掃除すら頑張るようになったそうです。

その話に私も影響をうけて、部屋をめちゃくちゃ綺麗にしてます。

部屋を綺麗にしてみてやはりいい事しかない！

脳がクリーン。ポジティブです。アイデアも思い浮かぶし、これがスターの生き方かと学びになりました。🧠

I went out for pancakes this morning then I went to the gym right after.

Then I did something I've never done before in my life.

Guess what that was?

The correct answer is that I went to the hospital to get a piercing!

I had never had a piercing before. I don't like pain. 🙅‍♀️

But suddenly I wanted to do it. I went to the hospital because I definitely didn't want to do it myself and I didn't trust asking a friend to do it.

And I got a total of 10 piercings including cartilage. lol

According to the doctor, normal people don't suddenly open 10 🤣.

But Jun Kasai's yakitori sticks were more painful.

I will go back to get them pierced again because I look so cool in the mirror!

今日は朝からパンケーキを食べ、すぐにジムに行きました。そのあと私は人生で初めての事をしました。

それは何でしょう？

正解は、ピアスを開けに病院へ行きました！

私は人生で一度もピアスを空けたことがないです。痛いのが嫌いなので🙅‍♀️

でも突然やりたいと思いました。自分でやるのは絶対に嫌なのと、友達に頼むのも絶対に信用できないので病院へ行きました。

そして軟骨含め合計10個ピアスを開けました。笑

医者が普通突然10個もあける人いないって言ってた🤣

でも葛西純の竹串の方が痛いね

鏡にうつる自分がカッコよく見えるので、また空けに行こうと思います！

I went to the beach yesterday with friends!

We got to do some photosynthesis and I felt great. And while we were having a nice meal near the sea, I saw a bird droppings on my leg! I was so startled I screamed!😂

I was wearing shorts so luckily it was just a turd on my shorts.

I would be pretty sad if I got a turd on my head!

Last year I was eating a sandwich and a bird stole it from me. Why are sea birds so asshole?

Then I was tired and slept a lot.

Maybe I got over my jet lag 👏

By the way I also had dinner with Minoru Suzuki the day before yesterday!

We went to eat okonomiyaki.

It was a lot of fun and we had a lot of interesting conversations!

I will ask him to take me to an expensive restaurant again. lol

It has been a fulfilling 2-day vacation.

昨日は友達と海に行きました

光合成できて元気になった！

それで私はとてもいい気分で海の近くでご飯を食べていたんですが、私の足に鳥のフンがふってきた！！

びっくりしてめっちゃ叫んだ！

私はショートパンツを履いてて、幸運なことにショートパンツに糞がつきました。もし私の頭に糞がついたらけっこう悲しい！

私は去年もサンドウィッチを食べていたら鳥に盗られました。海にいる鳥はどうしてこんなに性格悪いの？

そのあとは疲れてたくさん寝ました

おそらく私の時差ボケは直りました👏

そういえば一昨日は鈴木みのるとディナーにも行ったんだよ！笑

お好み焼きを食べに行きました。

面白い話をたくさん聞けて楽しかった！

またどこか高いレストランに連れていってもらいます。笑

いい休日2日間をすごせました。

I wanted to do some streaming yesterday but was too sleepy to do it 😵 I want to do it next week!

Yesterday was my first show in Japan in a long time.

It was fun!

Japan is not so pop, but everyone's camera skills are amazing, all the photos on sns are amazing!

Perhaps they are concentrating on what they are seeing. This is the difference between the US and Japan. (I think America enjoys watching it).

And yesterday, there were more girl fans, all of whom came because of my Instagram. I'm so glad!

I'm off today for the first time in a long time.

The gym is full and I can't go today.

At least I made an appointment for a massage since my back is out of commission. It's a little far but it's sunny today so I'm going on my kickboard 🛴🍃

I'm back home!

A lot happened again, but it was fun! My body hurts!

I lost both title matches, and also lost to Yamashita. But I don't mind. I did the best I could do!

I've been anxious the whole time I've been on the US tour.

Mixed singles match, show for a crowd that didn't know me, very short sleep, temperature difference, running without injury, etc.

But I could do it. This was a huge confidence booster!

This year I am going to make another change.

I only have one life!

I have a full schedule tomorrow 😵‍💫 I'll be fine!

今回もいろいろあったけど楽しかった！身体が痛い！

2つあったタイトルマッチは2つとも負けたし、山下にも負けた。でも気にしない。自分はできることを最大限にやった！

アメリカ遠征、滞在中は自分がやり遂げられるかずっと不安です。

ミックスドシングルマッチ、自分を知らない客層に向けてのショー、非常に短い睡眠時間、気温差など。

でもできた。これは大きな自信になります

今年はまた変化を起こそうと思ってます。

人生は1度きりなので！

Match starts tomorrow! I'm going to Oakland first.

I don't know the match card🤷🏻‍♀️

Then I will go to Los Angeles and then to Portland. I have not been to Portland in three years!

Then back to Japan.

Japan returning from the west is great! The 10 hour flight is super easy.

Last time I flew back from Chile it took 30 hours😀

So many things I want to do when I get back to Japan 🧠

Oh, and I'll do the onlyfuns shoot as soon as I can. I'll do it as soon as I get back home 🏃‍♂️💦

I've been eating cup noodles all these days.

And chocolate cookies and chips and popcorn and donuts and stuff. I think it's really bad for my health😥

I'll get back to a proper diet when I get back to Japan.

西側から帰る日本は最高！10時間のフライトは超イージー。

前回チリから帰国した時は30時間かかったので、もう何も思いません😀

化粧を落とすのもとても大変です。今回はあまり上手くペイントすることが出来ませんでした😂拡大すると少し分かります。まあいいけど😂

その日にプロレスリングティーズのスタッフに私の新商品を貰いました。小さいフィギュアみたいなおもちゃ。

でももう既に売り切れました。

The hotel I'm staying at doesn't have a fridge, microwave, or kettle! Pretty inconvenient😭

I can't even buy ice cream. I can't even eat cup noodles!

Today I forgot to eat the salad I bought for lunch and had a lukewarm salad at night😱The coke I bought for lunch was lukewarm too, which sucks!

I'm leaving in two days, so I'll just have to be patient...

By the way, the hotel is at my own expense 💸

The promoter pays before and after the show, but the rest of the days are at my own expense.
