Update on the arms. The bone is healed!

Finally, the doctor told me that I would not need any more rehab after today. I told him thank you for your care and left the hospital.

I was a little sad to say goodbye to the hospital staff, whom I had seen every day, but I didn't talk to them much. Stop feeling like a movie hero!

Finally, my life of going to rehab every day is over. About 2 months. Too long! I don't want to go to the hospital anymore!

And I lost the arm part of the costume I was using before my injury. Now arm covers are made larger to hide the supporter.

Maybe I didn't lose it, maybe I threw it away by mistake. It was small 🙄 I'm planning to change my costume next January, so I'll hold off until then...

I also resumed a little upper body training today!

It's been a while since I've worked out, so I'm sure I'll have some serious muscle soreness tomorrow! I'm looking forward to seeing how big I can get from here on out!

Tomorrow I have a show in a place called Miyagi!

If I'm feeling better, I'll go back to Tokyo and do some streaming. Same time as usual. I will announce when I will do it. If I don't, I won't. 🙂‍↕️👍

腕のアップデートです。またくっつきました！

ここの購読者は私のレントゲン写真を見れる特典もあります。よかったね🙂‍↕️👍

ついに、お医者さんから今日からもうリハビリは必要ないと言われました。お世話になりましたと伝え、病院を出ました。

毎日顔を見ていた病院のスタッフともお別れかと少し寂しく思ったけど、私はたいして話してません。映画の主役になったような気分になるのは止めろ！

ようやく毎日リハビリに行く生活が終わった。約2ヶ月。長すぎ！！もう病院行きたくない！！！

そして怪我をする前に使っていたコスチュームの腕のパーツをなくしました。今のアームカバーはサポーターを隠すため大きめに作られています。

多分なくしたんじゃなくて、間違えて捨てたかも。小さかったから🙄

来年の1月にコスチュームを変える予定なので、それまで我慢です…

そして今日は上半身のトレーニングも少しだけど再開したんだ！

久しぶりに動かしたから明日ものすごい筋肉痛が来ると思う！これからどこまで大きくなれるか楽しみ！

明日は宮城という場所に行ってショーがあります

元気だったら東京に戻ってストリーミングをやります。いつもと同じ時間。やる時はアナウンスします。やらない時はアナウンスしません。🙂‍↕️👍
