Supermom in Heels 👠 Literally - I’m just strength training. This swimsuit is an old Realise sticky skin they no longer make. But guess what? I figured out how to relaminate mine and make new ones balloon thin just like this one! I move into my new home next week and will be setting up my new studio workshop to start construction of some new swimwear.

Gyrotechnique In ballet, we sometimes wear what are referred to as “trash bags”, these are sweat pants made out of plastic to keep the hip muscles super warm while we work out, and enable fast fat-burn. I would wear them if I had them, but the next closest thing for me is latex. As long as it gets uncomfortably hot and sweaty, it’s doing my hip joint some good while I try to floss the joint. My artificial hip does build up with plaque that interferes with its range of motion and mobility, so I clear it out by using this technique.

I’ve been accepted on my application to a new home with an amazing pool and can’t wait to design some special costumes to wear as soon as I get the new opportunity to jump in the pool!it’s actually DEEPER than the one I’ve used to date so I’ll be able to have more creative freedom with my camera angles! This is a pure passion hobby of mine and I would do it rain or sunshine, as long as I have access to a pool.
