They also help strengthen your lower back and the muscles surrounding your spine to keep that good posture. Doing planks will increase your stamina and build your endurance. Planks are often used in my yoga sequences so let me know if I can offer you my guidance. I want to help you build that STRONG foundation!!😘

Also works great when my body is feeling stiff and it has made a HUGE difference🙏🏾 Preparing your body for movement is just as important as taking care of it after! I can take you through a foam roller exercise for each part of your body to perform optimally while preparing your tissues for resiliency.
