

Activate the DEEPEST layer of your core! The Tranverse Abdominis aka TVA is the inner most abdominal muscle. It protects and stabilizes the lower back, spine and all internal organs✨ The best way to activate this muscle is with diaphragm breathing and mindful exhales so the brain responds to the muscle connection💫 Take a deep diaphragm inhale in by filling up you lungs with a deep breath that expands your pelvic floor.
