MAN I Love life. Embrace the grind and push through the pain. It's not about being the best, it's about being relentless and never backing down. Every day is a battle, and every challenge is an opportunity to forge a stronger version of yourself. Stay hard, stay focused, and keep moving forward no matter what.

Do not make peace with evil. Destroy it.
In both life and training, we must confront challenges head-on and overcome them with unwavering determination. As Winston Churchill said, 'You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.' Stand strong, face adversity, and never back down.

Lights, camera, action!!!
I was not always comfortable in front of the camera, actually it’s something I still struggle with to this day.. between comparing myself to other people, nervousness, and body dysmorphia, it’s been a challenge I’ve faced everyday of my life.
But the only way to get past my challenges, are to face them! So I really try to make it a habit of being Infront of the camera as much as possible to combat the nerves!
If I can do it, anyone can!

Fuel your body with high-quality protein sources. Opt for lean cuts of red meat, chicken breast, and fresh fish. Pair them with clean carbs like brown rice and sweet potatoes for a balanced meal that supports muscle growth and recovery.
My absolute favorite meal is eggs rice and ground beef 🔥🔥🔥.
Simple and amazing macros.

In today's world, where we're constantly tempted by the latest gadgets, keeping a minimalist everyday carry (EDC) can be a refreshing change. By focusing on the essentials, you simplify your life and carry only what you truly need. Think of a slim wallet for your cards and cash, your phone of course, because I know everyone has it on them 24/7, a keys if you have them, a small multitool or knife, and your gun of choice. My minimalistic EDC is G43x, it’s so compact I barely know it’s there, or throw it in my Fanny pack 😁. This streamlined approach not only lightens your load but also brings a sense of order and purpose to your day.

Imagine the person you could be if you simply refused to give up. Every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. Think about where you started and where you are now—each day you kept going has brought you closer to your goals. The journey might be tough, but the growth and strength you gain along the way are priceless. Keep pushing, keep believing, and one day you'll look back and realize how far you've come because you didn't stop.

I’ve only been to one wedding in my life! I was always deployed or living far away from everyone to go to any weddings.
But luckily I was able to go to my friends wedding recently, absolutely had a blast 😄

Serious question, where can I get a real medieval Sword?
I’ve been on my game of thrones grind lately 😏
Fun fact! Swords were often given names by their owners, much like how ships are named. Famous examples include "Excalibur," the legendary sword of King Arthur, and "Joyeuse," the sword of Charlemagne. Naming a sword was a way to honor its importance and the deeds done with it.
I kinda do the same with my guns 😉

Since it is officially hurricane season and it’s looking like it’s going to be a nasty one… I’d thought I’d share some important hurricane preparedness tips.
These tips also can mostly go for all natural disasters, just tailor towards what is more active near you!
Creating an emergency plan with your family is crucial. Discuss where to go if you need to evacuate, identify a meeting place, and establish communication methods. Once that's sorted, build an emergency kit with essentials like water, non-perishable food, medications, first aid supplies, a flashlight, batteries, a multi-tool, cash, important documents, and personal hygiene items.

When it comes to tactical readiness, understanding the purpose of your gear is essential. Every piece of equipment, from body armor to gun belts, has a specific role in ensuring you're prepared for any situation. Knowing your environment and the demands you'll face helps you gear up correctly and stay effective under pressure. Always think ahead, stay sharp, and make sure your kit is suited to your needs.

One thing I've learned from life is the power of consistency. Whether you're working on a personal goal, your career, or any other pursuit, showing up and putting in the time is what makes the difference. It's not just about the hours you put in, but the dedication and persistence. Consistency is key in mastering any skill and achieving your goals. Keep pushing, stay focused, and the progress will come.

Wake up and smell the flowers!
Spending time in nature and being surrounded by flowers does wonders for your body! It helps reduce stress, lowers body pressure, and boosts cardiovascular health, all crucial for staying in peak condition. Breathing in fresh air and the natural scents of flowers can improve your respiratory function and oxygen uptake, enhancing your performance. Plus, the calming atmosphere of nature sharpens your mental clarity and focus, which is essential for training strategy and discipline. It also speeds up recovery from intense training by reducing muscle tension and inflammation. I loooove going out and being in nature! Don’t you?

Can you guess what I’m doing in this picture? 😉
I’m working on the technical standup—an essential Jiu-Jitsu move for getting back on your feet while staying protected. Getting good at this takes time and practice. Flexibility and arm, leg, and core strength are all critical to being good at it. The best way to improve in Jiu-Jitsu is to train as much as you can. The more you’re on the mat, the better you’ll get. Keep at it, and you'll see your skills grow.

Thick thighs aren’t just for show—they’re built for power and endurance. Having strong legs is crucial for overall fitness and functionality. For example, powerful thighs can improve your squat form, giving you better stability and strength for lifting heavier weights. Remember, it’s not just about aesthetics; those muscles play a key role in your everyday movements and athletic performance. So, train hard, stay strong, and remember: thick thighs save lives.😉

If you want to be the best, you can't just focus on the glamorous stuff like lifting heavy hitting the punching bag, & running fast; you have to embrace the suck, including stretching. Stretching may be tedious and time-consuming, but it's essential for maintaining your body, preventing injuries, and speeding up recovery. It's the unglamorous work that separates the good from the great, so do the stretching every day, even when you hate it. Stay lethal!

How do you stay motivated every day?
I don't. It's impossible to be constantly motivated. We're humans, not robots. I faced many challenges for years before achieving success; my resilience was built during that time.
Instagram and social media don't show the full picture. When you see people sharing the best parts of their lives, don't compare yourself. No one has a perfect life, and you shouldn't want one.
Why would you want a perfect life anyway? God blessed us with the ability to feel a wide range of emotions—sadness, anger, love, connection, resentment. These emotions help us grow, learn from each other, and teach valuable lessons to the next generation.

Been working on some poses lately. There’s another guy who’s done a lot of bodybuilding shows and has his pro-card.
Flashback to 2021/22 I wanted to get into a bodybuilding competition. plagued by some injuries and medical conditions, I lost a BUNCH of weight (50 lbs) and were still working out way back from that…
I’m thinking if I can put some more size on I could enter a show late this year or early next year..
Do you think I should enter a show later this year?
Thank you for the support ❤️

Right before a quick warmup session then some light sparring in the grass. I’m always excited but nervous rolling with someone new. Not because I’m afraid, but because I don’t want either person to get injured. Injuries have PLAGUED my life for a long time, since I was new to lifting . I’m doing everything I can including “outside the box” ideas to keep my body in tip top shape.

Late night back workout. As much as I love looking in the mirror at the accomplishments I made with my body, a lot of the time you’ll find me in a hoodie and sweats, grinding it out and staying warm to sweat more. This allows me to focus on the lifting at hand vs the mirror.
Here’s the workout I did, try it out and lemme know what you think.
1. Bent Over Barbell Row (torso upright w/ reverse grip) 6 sets 5-5-5-5-5-F reps
2. Bent Over Barbell Row (torso upright, wide grip) 3 sets 12-10-8 reps
3. Single Arm Dumbbell Row (rounded upper back) 4 sets 8-8-8-8 reps
4. Lat Pull Down (wide grip) 6 sets 20-15-10-5-5-5 reps
5. Decline Dumbbell Pullover 4 sets 8-8-8-8 reps
6. Floor Lat Pull Down (wide grip) 4 sets 15-15-15-15 reps
7. Superset 6 sets of 10 reps each
7A: 10 *Barbell Shrug (grip change)
7B: 10 *Reverse Pec Deck Rear Delt Fly
Cardio 30 min

Progress isn't about how fast you move, but your persistence in moving forward. Life is full of challenges, and slow progress can be discouraging. However, success is defined by your commitment to keep going, no matter the pace. Every small step, no matter how insignificant it seems, brings you closer to your goal. Focus on consistency and perseverance; slow and steady truly wins the race. Keep moving, keep striving, and you'll achieve great things over time.

In the realm of holistic health, harnessing the power of sunlight for its vitamin C benefits is like tapping into nature's own multivitamin. The sun's rays are not only a natural source of this essential nutrient but also play a crucial role in overall well-being. While some may opt for sunscreen as a protective measure against harmful UV rays, others, like myself, steer clear due to concerns about the chemicals they contain. Instead, consulting with holistic health practitioners about alternative sun protection methods can offer valuable insights tailored to individual needs and preferences. Embracing sunlight responsibly, while also prioritizing holistic approaches to sun protection, empowers us to reap the benefits of vitamin C and bask in the glow of vibrant health. 🌞🍊
