Here’s the tiniest glimpse of what goes into a commercial moving contract day in and day out anywhere from 8 to 11, sometimes 12 hours per day.
Take out old furniture, sweep the room, move in new furniture, destroy the old stuff, and recycle.
Your guys’ support during this time means everything to me, so thanks for sticking around! I am sorry I haven’t been online, but this is why! It’s hard work, but the pain is temporary. I’ll be back to making more content soon enough, but for now let’s sweat it out.
Doing my best to answer messages when I can, but time to film anything is a bit scarce at the moment. Keep requests on the queue for me next month 😉

I started the year with a 72 hour water fast 🐼
The last 3 days have been so difficult, but in the end, very rewarding to feel completely in control of my body. I started off unconsciously not eating, distracting myself with social media and Netflix. The second day felt surprisingly easier, but my body was weak. I had hunger pains and lots of cravings. The third day was the most challenging. I was the weakest I’ve ever felt with uncontrollable blackout vision and had a hard time performing simple tasks. My dog got sick, and we had to rush to the vet, even though I was extremely weak and tired. I start the process of reintroducing food to my new cells today, and I feel so good about this fresh start 😁 I think it’s important to cleanse and detox from the old. This is exactly what we do to heal! We go in and excavate the wounds, extracting what no longer serves us, to the point where it has no place in our bodies and our hearts.
