Here is my attempt at working out 🏋🏽♀️ The last time I did a workout attempt was years ago 😩 😂 In this clip you will see my start off with a nice stretch 🧘🏽♀️, Next I attempt to do atleast 10 sit ups 😩, I’m so out of shape I can barely do any of the exercises I used to do easily before I gained weight. Now I have this back pain it actually hurts to do a sit up😭 I used to do 50 sit ups easily this is pathetic 😳 🙈 Last but not least, As I struggle to get up off the floor, I attempt to do some jumping jacks 🤦🏽♀️ 😂 I finally take my belly out to do some & for some reason that made it 10x harder 😩 I definitely didn’t realize it was this bad 😬 How did I do?
