I was out for dinner yesterday and I smoked a lot. I smoked so much that I didn't notice my pack was empty when I went to sleep. This morning the surprise. I woke up and had literally zero cigarettes with me, it made me SO nervous! I think I never drank my coffee so quickly to go out to buy some reds as fast as possible. The first cig of the new pack was pure relief.

I like it to write down my smoking thoughts, it helps me to understand my smoking addiction a bit better. The cigarette which I Ioved the most today was the one after lunch. It was the perfect ending after a good meal, better than any dessert. I smoked this cigarette slowly, the morning was hectic. I noticed that I really need this quiet and slow smoking moments when I feel stressed. It helps me a lot to recharge.
Cigs left in my pack at the end of this day: 4 🚬

I just woke up and had a cup of coffee and a red. This first morning cigarette always gives me the push to do what I will have to do during the day. Yesterday I recorded custom vids and I have been out at night, I smoked a lot... Today I will record again and the amount of cigs in my ashtray will get bigger and bigger. I can't wait!

Maybe it sounds strange, but today my throat really feels better. Not sure if it was because of the minty ball or something else. I smoked reds all day and had no problems. So maybe I could think about another super smokey extreme recording weekend......

Aaaand another weekend is over, I can't believe it! I smoked two packs yesterday when I have been out and I opened a new pack of reds this morning. I have 6 cigarettes left in my pack but the evening isn't over yet. I really enjoy smoking my last cigarettes of the day on my balcony in the dark, it just makes me feel so good.

This morning I went out to buy a pack of cigarettes. I woke up with only 5 cigarettes left in my pack and that's nor enough for today haha! These morning cigs were really kickin' in! I had the feeling they tasted even stronger today, I don't know why!!! I almost had a head rush from the very first one of this morning! Strange!
(I also bought a new fur coat in a very nice grey color, same as the ash of my cigarettes. I can't wait to show it to you!)
