I like it to write down my smoking thoughts, it helps me to understand my smoking addiction a bit better. The cigarette which I Ioved the most today was the one after lunch. It was the perfect ending after a good meal, better than any dessert. I smoked this cigarette slowly, the morning was hectic. I noticed that I really need this quiet and slow smoking moments when I feel stressed. It helps me a lot to recharge.
