I've been trying to work on retraining My focus. As much as I hate to admit it: I once was much better at focusing than I am now... as I once was much better at handstands than I am now. This was filmed in My parents' backyard, while My brother was outside training, My dog was running around, and My parents were going in and out working on the gardens etc... making it much harder to focus, but I enjoyed the challenge. How is your focus these days? What do you do to improve it? I wanna know!

Yesterday, one of the most important people in the world to Me was hospitalized (not with COVID) I feel depleted, as I spent all day and night sending Love and healing energy to the hospital, and yet I still can’t sleep. I can’t move, and yet My world is spinning. So I’m lying here in bed, going through My phone. I found this photo from 3 years ago exactly, in My favorite bathtub in Phili. I miss it there. I miss so many things it hurts sometimes. But that’s life, I guess. And I chose to live it this way. NOTE: The purpose of this post is so you know why I may be absent- not for sympathy and advice. I recently bought this yoga trapeze (one of My MANY quarantine purchases from IG ads) and yesterday My dad came over to hang it for Me. Of course I wanted for it to be up in the loft where I workout every day, but the ceiling disagreed, so it ended up having to go basically right in the middle of My home! But honestly, it's pretty fun to just hang upside down in the middle of the room 🤷🏻‍♀️ This was My second time doing this practice that I purchased, and I am already completely in Love and want to spend all of My time learning more... except My body is already killing Me, so I'm going to have to be patient, I think 😳😂 Anyway, I hope you enjoy watching!
