As much as I hate to admit it: I once was much better at focusing than I am now... as I once was much better at handstands than I am now. This was filmed in My parents' backyard, while My brother was outside training, My dog was running around, and My parents were going in and out working on the gardens etc... making it much harder to focus, but I enjoyed the challenge. How is your focus these days? What do you do to improve it? I wanna know!
