Hey guys, first post like this but if you’re joining me from Instagram you probably have seen one of #ChefAdam’s creations. His meals are actually pretty cheap to make and healthy, so here’s one he made for me today: Chicken Taco Bowl - Make rice (he used the 90 sec microwaveable) -Season pound of ground chicken with taco seasoning, salt and pepper, chili and onion powder. -Sauté with olive oil and add diced 2 peppers after protein is browned. Cool for 5 minutes more and then add sweet corn (1 drained can) and cook for 3 more minutes. -Serve over rice and add shredded Mexican cheese blend. -Add guacamole (homemade: mashed avocados (3-4) with roughly chopped cilantro to taste, salt and pepper, half finely-chopped white onion, hot sauce to taste, juice of 1 lime, pinch of crushed red pepper and pinch of garlic salt. -Add pickled red onion (homemade: 2 red onions thinly sliced and allowed to pickle in jam jar with half white vinegar/half water solution, tsp salt, tsp sugar, pinch whole black pepper, pinch cumin seed and pinch coriander seed. Leave in fridge for at least a day.)

Pasta! Not super made from scratch but still easy and healthy: Boil some water, add salt and cook pasta for 10 minutes. Meanwhile dice 2 red peppers, 1 onion with 1 pound diced chicken meatballs (pre cooked kind). Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper, basil, red pepper and parsley. Sauté the whole lot in a large pan with olive oil until onions are translucent and protein browns a little. Drain pasta and add to pan. Open a jar of store-bought marinara and dump it in too. Add a couple of tbsp of the salted pasta water if sauce is too thick. Stir through and heat on low. Serve with Parmesan (fresh grated or store bought refrigerated: none of that shelf-stable dusty shit.)

Adams always been good at breakfast sandwiches but these taste fancy af: Soft sandwich bun, toasted and buttered one side with sirracha mayo on other half. Sauté a little diced red onion (about a quarter of a whole one) in olive oil until browned then add 2-3 large beaten eggs (enough for 2 sandwiches). Cook until formed and then covered with shredded Italian cheese blend and fold into half. Flip. Put in sandwich bun. Quickly sear a couple of chorizo slices on pan and put on eggs. Top with guacamole(same recipe as other day). Done

And finally round 3! In camp we usually do 5 hard rounds in one session, but some sessions we focus more on learning new skills so it’s more taxing on your brain than your body 😅. Can’t wait to use some new tricks this year, fight news coming soon!

This was damn delicious last night! Had 3 sessions yesterday so I like to replenish with something super hardy, Chef Adam doesn’t like me too skinny 😆. Enjoy! Steak bowl Marinate ribeye for at least 1 day in red wine, Worcester sauce, garlic salt, black pepper, ancho chili, lemon juice and Italian seasonings mixture. Make white rice. Mexican corn recipe: ghee-butter coated 5-6 corn cobs in oven at 375 for 40 min. Shave off corn into bowl and mix with juice of 2 limes, half cup of crumbly queso cheese, paprika and salt and pepper. Use guac recipe from previous days. Sauté steak in olive oil. Trim fat, slice. Serve over rice, corn and put guac on side. Finish with store bought lime-cilantro sauce
