

woke up yesterday and chose violence with a long back day workout ending with 5x5 rack pulls & 35min of stairmaster. Rack pulls are super important if you want to not only strengthen your back but build thickness, and I mean thicccccness in your back.. I have the bar set below my knees with my back retracted shoulders back, eyes forward. Back days are full of pulling motions so I have wrist wraps to help me maintain my grip. -Ryan
