Hey guys. How are you?

Today was another shoot.
Why do I always get spots only on the day of the shoot 😵‍💫 Actually, my skin condition is the worst it's been lately and I hate it 😰It's not good because if I worry about it, stress will make it rough again 😭

So I've been trying to eat a little healthier lately... only oatmeal for lunch. I try to eat whatever I want at night.
I think this cuts down on oil a bit. Maybe 😂

On June 30 at Korakuen Hall, it's Sanshiro Takagi and Miyu Yamashita vs Dino Nanshoku and Maki Itoh!
This is what I've been saying lately, that I've got a fight to look forward to!

Yamashita is always fun to fight.
I used to wrestle on the street with Dino. We used to stand in the ring together when I was an idol. And there was always Takagi Sanshiro on the opposite corner back then. That was when I was still in high school.

I used to skip school a lot because I hated going to school, but I got expelled 🤣 so I made my parents cry so much and the day after I got depressed, I teamed up with Dino and Makoto Oishi and went into the DDT ring and beat the shit out of Takagi 🤣
I was really crazy back then!

Yeah, I'm very grateful to Takagi Sanshiro.
I'll post about it again on Twitter.

今日もまた撮影でした。
なんで私はいつも撮影の日に限って吹き出物ができる😵‍💫実はここ最近で一番肌のコンディションが悪くていやだ😰気にするとストレスでまた荒れるから良くない😭

なので最近少しだけヘルシーな食生活を送るように気をつけてます… 昼ごはんはオートミールだけ。夜は好きなものを食べるようにしてます。
これで少しは油をカットしていると思う。多分😂

6月30日後楽園ホールで、髙木三四郎 山下実優vs男色ディーノ 伊藤麻希だよ！
これが最近私が言っていた、楽しみな試合がきまったってやつ！

山下はいつも戦うの楽しい。
男色ディーノとはよく路上プロレス一緒にやってた。アイドルの頃もよく一緒にリング立ってたね。そしていつもあの頃は対角に髙木三四郎がいたなあ。私がまだ高校生だった頃だよ。

私学校に行くのは嫌いだったからよくサボってたんだけど、留年したから退学したんだ🤣それで親をすごく泣かせて落ち込んだ翌日にはディーノと大石真翔と組んでDDTのリング上がって髙木をボコボコにしてた🤣
あの頃の私は本当にクレイジーだった！

うん、髙木三四郎にはとても感謝してるんだ。
またTwitterでそれについて投稿しようかな。
