Yesterday and today were days were days I only worked hard at the gym.
I also bought a new protein. Brown sugar milk tea flavor. Not bad, but I think it would taste better if it wasn't protein.
Oh, I've been obsessed with posting Instagram reel videos lately!
I've gained followers just by posting videos that have been well received so far!
I've never been very good at running Instagram (I'm better at using text like Twitter) but I've learned a few tricks 🤣
My singles match with Minoru Suzuki has over 1 million views 👏✨that's funny because he makes the match happen with just his facial expressions!
I'm also thinking of maybe posting a video of the electric current blast, a video of Matt Cardona singing at his wedding, and a video of a kokeshi.
Any other funny ones? 🤔 maybe a video of me being kicked by Meiko Satomura would be interesting? lol

昨日も今日もジムだけ頑張った日でした
新しいプロテインも買いました。黒糖ミルクティー味。悪くないけど、プロテインじゃない方が美味しいと思います。
あ、最近インスタグラムのリール動画をポストするのに夢中です！
今まで好評だった動画をポストするだけでフォロワーが増えました！
インスタグラムを運用するのはあまり得意ではなかったのですが(Twitterのように文字を使う方が得意)コツが少し分かりました🤣
鈴木みのるとのシングルマッチは100万回再生を超えました👏✨あれは表情だけで試合を成立させてるので面白いですよね
あと多分電流爆破の動画と、マットカルドナの結婚式で歌った動画と、こけしの動画を載せようかなとおもってます。
他に何か面白いやつあったっけ？🤔里村明衣子に蹴られてるビデオとかも面白いかな？笑
