Hey, guys. How are you doing?
My arm injury is probably feeling better and I have a much better range of motion.
It still hurts when I do the unlocking. In short, it hurts when I twist it 😱.
Well, but if I keep this up, I think I will be able to move in September, so I have decided to go to the US starting in Minneapolis on September 6. Mall of America!
Then we are in Detroit on September 14 and Rochester on September 15. And then the tag title match in Japan on the 22nd.
It hurts my heart to know that I have inconvenienced so many people 😣
I'm coming from Japan, so flights are expensive!
But I have kicked it once ... and still there are people who forgive me saying it's ok.
I'm happy to be surrounded by kind people.
I've also started taking vitamin C lately because I heard it's good for bones🤣* I learned a little bit about it.
I also take protein because I don't want to lose muscle. And calcium, of course.
So lately my diet is boring because I'm too obsessed with numbers.
I'll quit living like this when my injury is healed!!
Tomorrow I have to go to tjpw's book signing!

やあ、みんな。 元気？
腕の怪我の調子が多分良くて、だいぶん可動域が広がってきました。
まだ鍵を開ける時の動作は痛いです。要は捻ると痛いですね😱
まあでもこのままいけば9月からは動けそうな気がするので、9月6日のミネアポリスからアメリカへ行くことにしました。モールオブアメリカ！
そして9月14日デトロイト、15日ローチェスターまでいます。そして22日に日本でタッグタイトルマッチですね。
いろんな人に迷惑をかけてしまって心が痛い😣
私は日本から来るのでフライト代も高いです
しかしわたしは一度それを蹴っています… それでも大丈夫だよと許してくれる人たちがいます。
優しい人に囲まれて幸せだなと思った
だからそのぶんマキを使って良かったと思ってもらいたい！
骨に良いらしいので最近はビタミンCもとるようになりました🤣※ちょっと勉強した
筋肉を落としてはいけないのでプロテインもとってる😔
