




Readings on the Inbody are all trending in the right direction consistently. Hoping the mirror results are just on a lag. I feel really good having developed a night time routine and the lunches I've meal prepped have seemingly giving me a lot of energy. Thankfully they are also incredibly easy to make. 2 boxes of Barilla chickpea rotini, 1 jar of no sugar added Ragu, 1 bag of Walmart brand turkey meatballs = 6x perfectly portioned lunches.
