



Back from my family vacation. Didn't do that badly in terms of eating and drinking. Walking abput 4+ miles each day to and from the beach and boardwalk helped a lot. You may notice my lower back looks wonky in some of these. That is because I fucked it up this morning in class. I aggravated it Monday fromt squatting and thought it would be okay today deadlifting so long as I took a good long time to warm up. My back did not agree with my assessment.
