




Herniated my L4 last Thursday deadlifting. Wasn't doing a crazy weight nor did I have bad form it just happens. I think I got lucky though. No nerve pain down either leg and the RX the doctor gave seems to have done the job. That means no heavy lower body lifting for awhile, but that should impact my overall training too much. My gym recently got two Air Runners and I have one at home. So I will make up for my lack of heavy lifting with more dedicated running (sprints and middle distance). I bounced back a little better than I hoped from vacation. I was expecting bodyfat% to be around 11.3% like it was prior to my guys weekend and vacation in those respective weeks. Instead I got 10.7% so I am pleasantly surprised.
