

Hey guys, first post like this but if you’re joining me from Instagram you probably have seen one of #ChefAdam’s creations. His meals are actually pretty cheap to make and healthy, so here’s one he made for me today: Chicken Taco Bowl - Make rice (he used the 90 sec microwaveable) -Season pound of ground chicken with taco seasoning, salt and pepper, chili and onion powder. -Sauté with olive oil and add diced 2 peppers after protein is browned. Cool for 5 minutes more and then add sweet corn (1 drained can) and cook for 3 more minutes. -Serve over rice and add shredded Mexican cheese blend. -Add guacamole (homemade: mashed avocados (3-4) with roughly chopped cilantro to taste, salt and pepper, half finely-chopped white onion, hot sauce to taste, juice of 1 lime, pinch of crushed red pepper and pinch of garlic salt. -Add pickled red onion (homemade: 2 red onions thinly sliced and allowed to pickle in jam jar with half white vinegar/half water solution, tsp salt, tsp sugar, pinch whole black pepper, pinch cumin seed and pinch coriander seed. Leave in fridge for at least a day.)
