

Adams always been good at breakfast sandwiches but these taste fancy af: Soft sandwich bun, toasted and buttered one side with sirracha mayo on other half. Sauté a little diced red onion (about a quarter of a whole one) in olive oil until browned then add 2-3 large beaten eggs (enough for 2 sandwiches). Cook until formed and then covered with shredded Italian cheese blend and fold into half. Flip. Put in sandwich bun. Quickly sear a couple of chorizo slices on pan and put on eggs. Top with guacamole(same recipe as other day). Done
