Day 2: Lower Body

• Bodyweight Squats: 4 sets of 15-20 reps (RPE 7-8)

• Glute Bridges: 3 sets of 15-20 reps (RPE 7-8)
• Calf Raises: 4 sets of 15-20 reps (RPE 7-8)
