When I was choosing a trainer in my new gym, I decided to try first session with aaall four female trainers to see who is more comfortable for me 👉👈

I told them I have ✨difficult personality✨ (actually, I just have high anxiety and want to feel good with my trainer 😊) and that I want to try with different trainers before choosing ^^

In the end, I chose Katya - she is not only AMAZING but also very beeeeautiful (not main reason, but in gym, body is important, it shows your professionalism, right?) -

Now it’s more than six months I train with her. Other trainers in gym say hello to me, buuuut these three ignore me 🫣🫣 I know it’s small thing, but I feel bad... I never wanted to offend anyone. I was honest from beginning!

Soooo, now I decide to say hello loudly to them, so they hear me and we can have normal, friendly atmosphere 💫 No need for extra tension 🙅‍♀️

Plan is ready… but I still feel nervous, haha 🥲 Funny how small thing like this can be soooo HARD. My brain understands, but feelings don’t listen 😅😅😅
