What a week it has been! Gym sessions are getting harder and harder, but I'm still progressing so all is good🥰 Had a little plateau so we are upping the cardio even more now😂 Not that intense but It takes a lot of time. Early morning update! Hey guys! I know I've been terrible at the chats again😥 I want all of you to know that I'm not ignoring anyone, it's just that i'm super busy again so I barely have any time left over after all the things I have to do each day are done. This is currently my daily schedule, around 6 days per week 😅 04:00-06:00 Cardio and Prep for work 06:00-16:00 Work 16:00-18:00 Gym 18:00-20:00 Shower, dinner and if I have any time left I get the camera😄 At 20:00 i'm back in bed trying to get those 8h of much needed rest😊 But I have a little time left over due to a unplanned rest day so I will make sure to clear the chats💖

I'm down over 12kg/26lbs now since my peak weight!😍 The abs are starting to look freaky again! I think I managed to put on some muscle since the last time. Hi everyone! I have to work all weekend but I wanted to give you a little fitness update😘 I'm down 10kg/22lbs!! 😍 From the peak 77kg/170lbs down to 67kg/148lbs😁 I'm one of those people where the fat drops from my backside first, does it show yet?
