Just wanted to do something different to help big guys like me grow and build the body they want. Today was hip thrust which is important because the larger we get, the lazier we get; therefore, our glute muscles weaken from sitting around all day and stuffing our faces. 🐷 Hip thrust really help build the Posterior chain, specifically the glutes and hamstrings. Strengthing the posterior chain is important because it helps us develop good posture and prevent back injuries as a globe of fat accumulates on the front side of us 😂😂 it's way better being fat and happy, than fat and in pain. Please answer the poll below so I can get better idea of what y'all want
