I find so much fucking joy in spending time in my own home these days. I still run around and am hardly home haha, but when I am, it feels so amazing to have a curated energy filled with love and peace. Managing anxiety and depression also plays a part in having very high levels of energy where I feel like I can conquer anything and alllll the activities and then very low levels of energy where I feel like literally resting in a pile warm blankets for the rest of my life.
