The day I had to start to rebuild; I attempted to dance on the pole multiple times to use movement and music as the trusty tool that they are for me when it comes to a healthy way of coping with sometimes negative or unwanted emotions. I’m just going to leave this here… i found this in my camera roll from right after I left the Superstition Mountains a couple months back. Thank you guys for your patience as I know I haven’t posted in the last few days. Sedona amplifies me enough when I’m away from California, or the ocean. I thrive most near big bodies of water. I happened upon this spot last year and was grateful to worship God out here last week. Being a Switch
I have the ability to be both dominant and submissive depending on mood, role, and play partner. I’ve noticed I like to break the rules at times however, and I’m ok with the repercussions of my decisions to act out when they arise 😈😻.
