So, let’s get this thing started. What’s my plan here? Well, other places have gotten a tad squirrelly about content that really isn't worth getting squirrelly over. So while I will likely continue maintaining a presence there. I will likely move any non-Shake & Share videos to this platform and maybe put up some other content here (some old gainer docs I wrote, pics, weigh ins and measurements, etc.). I reserve the right to put certain content behind a pay wall but the main feed will likely stay free. 🐳J♦️
