I’ve been going through some struggles lately with my mental health and it’s been taking priority over everything in my life. This job requires so much energy and life that it’s been really hard to find the motivation to create something sexy and something that I’m proud of. I’ve always gone through ups and downs like most people but this down has been here for a lot longer than I’m used to. I’m not a person who stays down & out for long so it’s frustrating, actually. On a positive note, I had my first therapy session ever and it went really really well. My therapist and I clicked right away and I’ll be seeing her consistently from here on out which is so exciting to me. So idk I’m feeling hopeful that maybe things will start looking up.
