The outfit I made myself. There is not really easily accessible or affordable lingerie for someone of my proportions - you should see my body in these and lingerie images to really know what I am talking about.
The imagery and the memories of the end of Elivra Mistress of the Dark (the movie) and just general media have always stuck with me. I wanted to become that. I wanted to embody that dark, but cute and campy but also undeniable sexiness. It was a labor of love, and I totally went over budget.
BUT ELVIRA IS QUEEN AND WORTH IT!!!!

Building cosplay is often times more expensive than just purchasing cosplay so I really need y’all to like it. 😆
But it’s been super fun. Creating and building scratches a specific itch for me and I really wish I could afford to do it more. It was just so important to me to be elaborate for Halloween. It feels SO good.
That and I feel like I should toot my horn more than I do. My ideas are unique and special and even though I’ve done some typical cosplays, I’d like to think I do them in a very unique way. I always say in posts I did <insert character here> with my DEADfield twist, and it’s so true.

Halloween is my passion and I love anything retro. I always hate when people say “I was born in the wrong era,” but like …. There’s some pros of our current time, but some of the stuff back then just … I feel so full of inspiration. It fuels my art different than some of our modern media.

Halloween is coming.
Typically, September is one of my highest earning months, but it was low. 😔
Not commonly known things about modeling and pages like this, some photographers give you all the raw images (my fave) and let you edit and sell them yourself. Some allow you to see the raw files and then let you choose maybe 5-10 for them to edit and may or may not let you sell or use it for extra content. Others pick the images for you and edit about 4-6 and may or may not let you sell the images. And, for any of these photoshoots, being paid as a model is not guaranteed.
I did a lot of 0 profit photo sessions last month and, lord, I am feeling it. 😵
With that being said, there are THOUSANDS of images on here that you can purchase and check out which allows me to continue to create!
I have so many ideas for October. Still hoping that maybe I can score a yellow paper backdrop for an Elvira recreation as well as some gothic bell bottoms, the giant marquee 666s, and a few other tools to create fantastical visions.

I am not just a model.
Sometimes I am gifted outfits and props and I am SO thankful. Other times, I am building, sewing, cutting, coloring, drilling, sawing, etc. myself. In addition to that, 96% of concepts you see come from my brain.
Sometimes I do suggestions from fans, and sometimes I do creative projects for my friends, but mostly it’s me and my mind and what it comes up with.

With Beetlejuice 2 coming out soon I felt compelled to share some of my wedding dress Lydia with my homemade Sandworm. I lost the tongue cover which is why there is some metal wire sticking out 😆. He was actually made out of left over upholstery fabric from a project my family was working on. The wig is styled by me. I did a Lydia photoshoot (animated version) back for the 20th anniversary of the film and they did not sell Lydia wigs readily at that point.
I did cave and used my own money (which I have astoundingly little) to buy this sexy Lydia outfit (last photo in series). It was on my wish list forever and no one went for it so I did.
With that being said, I have some tombstones on my wish list for this photoset I am hoping to do next weekend. I have two shoots planned. I got all the pieces for my carnival look (**THANK YOU SUPPORTERS WHO HELPED - YOU ARE THE REAL MVPS). I am hoping to have everything together for this new Lydia too.

I bought myself a super sexy Lydia cosplay from the brand Forplay and now it is time to work on the set! I've been adding more and more props/designs for sets to my Amazon wish list.
The thing with studios is they normally charge by the hour and some of these are like $100-$350 an hour depending on the studio. So you **MAYBE** get an hour and a half to shoot from a 2 hour session and all 15 min at the beginning for set up and 15 min at the end for clean up. And, as I am a free to follow page .... I sometimes see 0 profit depending on the concept. This is a cosplay set and I really did put in my sweat and tears. This is an original concept I came up with.
I've always loved vintage pinup and the aesthetic of Fallout. My first original concept was for Fallout 76 and that look did get a following . . . years later with help from the Amazon series. Anyway, the Amazon series . . . Lucy is such an amazing character. I really connected to her and so this is not *JUST* a Vault 33 cosplay, but a tribute to my girl, Lucy.
This look is a callback to my 76 with a steel boned corset dyed and altered by me with a pip boy also altered by me. It is definitely the combination of sexy and cute you see in the vintage pinups with little "Ooo" cute faces. Also, I *LOVE* what steel boned corsets do for my figure. I have a natural hourglass figure, but the corset intensifies it. 🔥🔥🔥
