Wow what a crazy week! I have been rushing around all week trying to get ready for my trip to California for my son's wedding. Going to be flying straight to So Cal and spending a couple days in Ontario before the wedding, then off to visit my Mom and family for a few days before returning to the Midwest.

Wanted to check in with you all. I have had a crazy week. My son injured himself so we spent a day with the doctor. Waiting on scheduling with the surgeon to get his wound closed up. Doing final planning for my oldest son's wedding. I will be driving across the country at the beginning of August so getting all of those details in order now that they finally set the date. Happily accepting contributions to my travel fund. They moved the wedding date up by a year because they decided to buy a house closer to me, and his fiance wanted to be married before moving away from her family. They've been together for many years already, so they are pretty well suited to each other. It's not like they are rushing into things lol but it gave me a much shorter window to save for my trip. I will be in So Cal for the wedding and then taking my youngest son to see his father in Northern California for a couple of days before returning to the midwest. It is my first trip to So Cal since 2015.

For those of you who don't know, I had a pretty serious car accident many years ago, and while I did recover well enough to keep living my life, by back was so far damaged that my nerves stopped sending the signals to my body. Well I started working with a new chiropractor and he has been doing a lot more adjustments than my previous chiropractor did. this week my nerves started firing and I am dealing with a lot of tingling in my feet etc that I have not felt for a very long time. The good news is that he said that my hips stayed in place from Monday through Friday. I am standing up straighter and I hope that eventually I will be able to get back to living pain free. Thanks for your support
