It wasn’t until I started practicing self-love that I was able to put on any outfit and feel confident in myself 💖 Self-love is learning to appreciate all aspects of oneself through actions that support our spiritual, physical and psychological growth. Mental health is a priority for me, and it’s been a process to be in tune with myself and know what I need to keep a healthy mind.☺️ One thing I know will help, when life is feeling a little mundane, is trying something new🪄 I love to go to new restaurants in town, a park I’ve yet to see, or see new exhibitions in museums around me! Doing these things regularly have definitely improved the quality of my life and my mental state when I’m not doing so great. I had a great time at a really nice restaurant not too far outside of my hometown, and it was the perfect pick me up after a week full of work 😌 What’s something new you’ve been meaning to try?

I went to Tennessee to get a change of pace and it was just what I needed! The beautiful scenery and slower way of life allowed me to relax and be present in the moment. Relaxation is needed to have a healthy mind and body. Actually, relaxing has been proven to aid positive thinking, memory, and decision making!
