Little mental health update! Photo for attention ;) As many of you know, I recently moved and started at a new doctors office. I have been neglecting my health for years using the excuse of not being able to afford insurance. Thankfully, you all made it possible for me to pay out of pocket <3 Ive been told for years I have depression and anxiety, but this didnt feel right. I always felt like their was something else. well, there was! I am officially diagnosed with OCD and PTSD. This makes wayyyy more sense to me and explains my weird little brain lol. Now that I have my diagnosis, I can work on getting as healthy as possible and working my way through my trauma! Thank you for being here, reading this, and supporting me on this journey!! <3
