Oh goodness yes! I love spending time alone just as much as I like being with friends. I need both, but my social battery can run out quite quickly and when that happens I really just leave whatever situation I am in because I quickly become anxious, overwhelmed and rude... so it is better for my relationships for me to just politely excuse myself and usually I will take the long (long, long) way home and listen to music and/or cry 😂
