I am back from my yearly diabetes checkup. My weight went up by 26 kg or 57 lbs Current BMI 51.66 Current weight 173 kg / 381.5 lbs on the doctor's scale. Systolic/Diastolic Press. 143/70 HbA1c 5.9% My feet are ok, no issues with feel. My eyes are ok as well. She was very happy regardless of my staggering weight gain. I control my glucose level perfectly and a HbA1c of 5.9% is really good. In other words, I can keep flooding my body with insulin and carelessly eat as much as I want. I am curious to see what she thinks about 200 kg / 441 lbs on the scale next year.
