I decided to try myself in yoga.
Of course I am still far away from being a pro, but these exercises have strengthened my body, I feel lightness, feel flexibility and feel every cell of my body. 🤪
Now I'm thinking of making it my morning ritual. 😅
Wake up, drink a glass of water and under the incredible atmosphere, do spiritual practices and learn new exercises to improve myself. 😼
