I call this my "too stressed to get ready" look 😂 I went to the doctor yesterday (which took astronomically longer than it should have) about chronic pain I've been having in my wrist. It's progressively gotten worse over the past month and essentially makes everything I love doing difficult/painful. The fancy name for the condition is De Quervain's tenosynovitis, so I was "prescribed" the black brace in the second photo to immobilize my thumb/wrist. If you see it in pics & videos that's what it's for lol.
I have to lessen my time at the gym (upper body), gardening, computer use/gaming, scrolling on my phone, etc. or it can lead to needing surgery. These things are practically all I do, so I need to learn how to cope with it without killing all of my hobbies. I don't mean to be a boner killer but it helps to rant about it a bit. 😂
That being said the PPV will finally come out today (yesterday the visit put me into a bad mood lol), and there will still be a video out on my feed this week. It shouldn't affect any content on here honestly, since I can still film 15-20 mins without the brace on and edit mainly on my keyboard. I just can't do long stretches of filming without it on, which I typically don't do anyways. 🤷🏻♀️

my first try at body painting! 😳 don't expect amazing artistry in this one lmao... but it was definitely fun to try! the ppv portion will actually be out tomorrow instead, my editing program has been driving me crazy. it's been crashing constantly and this video took until now (7pm) to finish without problems. on the bright side i fixed the issue so i'll be up early to edit that one for some weekend fun😋

Sadly I couldn't get the Q&A edited today like I wanted, I've had a few long days at the vet. Long story below. Swapping that post with one I had scheduled for next week in a sec! ❤️
A cat got hit by a car near my house, she was laying in a terrible spot so I needed to move her without making anything worse. I lured her into a crate with food and brought her to the vet, and thankfully nothing life threatening was wrong. We finally got in contact with the family and they couldn't afford the bill, so essentially they either have to put her down or surrender her to me. You probably know my answer, I'm officially a crazy cat lady. I swear these cats constantly just fall into my life. 🤷♀️
She is doing fine now, but she did have to go into surgery to have her tail removed (which surprisingly isn't all that detrimental to cats??) and some strains in her legs, but otherwise perfectly healthy and super lovable. Thankfully I have a spare bedroom and a huge dog crate that she is staying in, the vet says she needs to be on "bed rest" for a couple weeks. I was worried she was going to hate it but she's actually super comfy and is just chilling in there. I'm sure it feels nice after what happened 😭 She's been here for a couple days now and is the most perfect, quiet, sleepy girl.
