WRITING A FOOD REVIEW HERE :3 Lemme know if you guys like it LOL I just finished brunch at Catch in the Aria in Las Vegas!!! I had otoro sushi as an appetizer (on the left of the sushi photo) and the waffle tower with a side of bacon as my main. The otoro was heavenly. To die for. Perfect. Melty. Amazing. If you’re a sushi fan and can splurge on good quality otoro you need to try it if you haven’t already! It’s definitely one of my absolute favorite things to eat ever. And this specific otoro I had at Catch might be the best I’ve had!!! 10/10 thank you… The waffle tower was really cool! Each layer of waffle was separated by a layer of ice cream in raspberry, chocolate, and vanilla varieties!! It was topped with toasted almonds, whipped cream, raspberry sauce and chocolate syrup. It’s a lot. The aesthetic of it was 10/10… it looked beautiful. If I could rate the ice creams and the waffle separately I would. The ice creams on their own all were delicious but the waffle was pretty bland and stiff and kinda like a vessel for the ice cream rather than the star of the show. The bacon was really regular but delicious because it was bacon LOL. Waffle tower gets a 7.6/10 for me and that’s because the ice cream carried… mainly the raspberry. THAT’S IT FOR FOOD NOW ILL BE BACK TOMORROW WITH ANOTHER ONE!!! 💘
