

Before everything went down with my family, I was on a fitness journey and had lost like 30lbs. Over the last 3 months, all progress was lost as I was a caretaker for my mother. I have accepted my body in all of it's phases and it's up to me what I do with it moving forward. I will be getting back into it when I am ready. Any ideas on how I can incorporate this page with my progress and accountability?
