Little fitness check in. I dieted pretty good last week but didnโt work out too much. Today Iโm getting back into the gym and I have a great meal plan for the week. Sometimes when I first start to diet I donโt work out as much because then Iโm crazy hungry ๐คค now I think Iโve got the meal prep all set to go. Lots of protein this week. As you can see itโs all in the right spots I just love fitness + Iโm a foodie so itโs a slim thick situation. I have amazing supportive fans that love me thick and thin which is really cool ๐ okay so my goal is to have a stupid fat ass, slim waste, fit arm and huuuuuge tits ๐๐ I have two photos shoots planned so thatโs some motivation ๐คฉ๐ฅฐ Iโve also included my cheat meal AF this Poke Bowl gets me ๐
