I’m working on the technical standup—an essential Jiu-Jitsu move for getting back on your feet while staying protected. Getting good at this takes time and practice. Flexibility and arm, leg, and core strength are all critical to being good at it. The best way to improve in Jiu-Jitsu is to train as much as you can. The more you’re on the mat, the better you’ll get. Keep at it, and you'll see your skills grow.
