I hope you have a wonderful day no matter what or how or if you celebrate. I'll be making homeade tamales complete with steaming the rice pache in banana leaves today with all 5 of mine today. I love the holidays because it's the only time they all come home to Mom's house. It's so hard that when I had my youngest the oldest left for college and they didn't get to grow up together :( I love more than anything when we are all together. They have their big degrees and jobs out of town.. they're busy but at Mom's house they get silly running around, dancing, hide and seek, playing with the dogs, laughing, and pranking eachother - it feels like the old days - the best days that I miss so much of having a house full. We start with pastry "pan" for breakfast for sweets with cafe and will be celebrating also with the easter basket hunt and coloring eggs - yes I make my grown ups find their basket too. As a blended Hispanic American family we celebrate a little different and it's beautiful - so much love coming my way today :) I hope your Easter Sunday is wonderful! Rosie
