I decided I wanted to give a trial run to both my OF and my Patreon supporters before I go public it. You guys support me already and I want to give back in a way more than just with mirror selfies haha. I know some folks were interested in my programming, but if you'd like to talk about training I'm offering 30 mins to an hour free of charge to talk shop about fitness goals and the like.
